THE REPORTING OF AN UNLAWFUL ACT IS NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE IN OUR FACILITIES. FOR COMPLAINTS OR COMMUNICATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS REGARDING COMMERCIAL PUBLIC SERVICES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR RESERVATION CENTER.
The BiHoliday Group is committed to promoting and disseminating a corporate culture based on ethics and transparency. To this end, BiHoliday expects all those operating in the company’s work context, such as employees, corporate executives, members of social bodies, and/or business partners, to report information about the violation of:
- Applicable laws and regulations;
- Code of Ethics;
- Model of organization, management, and control pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001; ;
- Powers and delegation system;
- Internal corporate regulatory framework (Procedure on Health and Safety, and other internal policies and procedures, etc.).
For this reason, BiHoliday has implemented internal reporting channels for violations and irregularities (acts and/or illicit behaviors, commission or omission, that harm public interest or the integrity of the company) that ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the reporters and the information contained in the report, as well as their protection from possible retaliation. Although anonymous reports are accepted, reporters are encouraged to prefer named ones to expedite and make investigations more effective.
BiHoliday has adopted an IT platform, managed by a specialized third party, through which it is possible to report both in writing and through voice messaging systems.
