Whistleblowing

PLEASE NOTE: A REPORT OF WRONGDOING IS NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AT OUR FACILITIES. FOR COMMERCIAL COMPLAINTS, FEEDBACK, OR SUGGESTIONS REGARDING PUBLIC SERVICES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR BOOKING CENTER.
BiHoliday Group is committed to promoting and fostering a corporate culture based on ethics and transparency. To this end, BiHoliday expects all individuals operating within the company’s work environment — including employees, management, members of corporate bodies, and/or business partners — to report any violations of:

  • Applicable laws and regulations;
  • The Code of Ethics;
  • The Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001;
  • The system of powers and delegations;
  • The internal regulatory framework (Health and Safety Procedures, other internal policies and procedures, etc.).

For this purpose, BiHoliday has implemented internal reporting channels for violations and irregularities (acts and/or conduct, whether by commission or omission, that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company). These channels ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and of the information provided, as well as protection against any form of retaliation. While anonymous reports are accepted, whistleblowers are encouraged to submit reports under their name to facilitate quicker and more effective investigations.

BiHoliday has adopted a digital platform, managed by a specialized third-party provider, through which reports can be submitted in writing or via voice messaging systems.
