In dit kader verwacht BiHoliday dat iedereen die actief is binnen de werkomgeving van het bedrijf \u2013 waaronder werknemers, het management, leden van bestuursorganen en\/of zakenpartners \u2013 melding maakt van inbreuken op:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving;<\/li><li>De Gedragscode;<\/li><li>Het organisatie-, beheer- en controlemodel volgens Wetsbesluit nr. 231 van 8 juni 2001;<\/li><li>Het systeem van bevoegdheden en volmachten;<\/li><li>Het interne bedrijfsregelgevend kader (zoals het gezondheids- en veiligheidsbeleid en andere interne richtlijnen en procedures).<\/li><\/ul><p>Daarom heeft BiHoliday interne meldkanalen opgezet voor het rapporteren van inbreuken en onregelmatigheden (handelingen en\/of gedragingen, zowel actief als nalatend, die het openbaar belang of de integriteit van het bedrijf kunnen schaden). Deze meldkanalen garanderen de vertrouwelijkheid van de identiteit van de melder en van de informatie in de melding, evenals bescherming tegen mogelijke represailles.
