What is BiAcademy?
BiAcademy is an academic workshop, established in 2013 and realised thanks to the collaboration between BiHoliday, CISET – Ca’ Foscari University and specialised technology partners, conceived and supported by BiHoliday.
The goal is to train people and give value to our employees, who will be able to continue this high-level training even after the season is over.

CUSTOMER CARE
You will learn techniques for analysing and increasing guest satisfaction.
BOOKING MANAGEMENT
You will learn how to manage all stages of the booking process, from the quotation to the final confirmation.
RECEPTION STRATEGIES
From the psychological basics of hospitality, to inclusive hospitality, you will discover the right techniques for interacting with guests.
VALORISATION OF EXPERIENCE
You will receive the tools to help guests in planning a fun holiday for the whole family.
TOURISM WEB MARKETING
You will learn how the complex digital ecosystem works and what impacts it has on the world of tourism.
KNOWLEDGE OF TERRITORIES
Experienced guides will pass on the culture, traditions and curiosities of our territories in order to best advise our guests.
LECTURES
Taught by industry experts and designed to engage students in a rich and interactive learning environment. Each session combines in-depth theory and real-life case studies, providing students with a solid and applicable understanding of the tourism industry
DIPLOMA
After attending the lectures and successfully passing the relevant exams, BiAcademy students receive a diploma, which, by certifying qualified skills in the tourism sector, is also spendable in the working world with other entities.
LANGUAGE WORKSHOPS
Designed to hone language skills in real tourism contexts, they enable students to interact effectively with international guests. Through direct interactions, participants will develop the ability to confidently handle complex communication situations.
